Pop and Pour…. will be a restaurant and wine bar in the tradition of the classic enoteca, where wine lovers can taste special and small-batch wines at reasonable prices. The selection will change frequently and consist of a vibrant mix of young, often blended wines that sometimes might not even make it to market. "We want to give our customers the chance to taste some amazing wines at really great prices“ says Will Robertson.
A creative and seasonal food menu complements the eclectic wine list, favouring quality ingredients and local producers such as the community gardens of "Living under one sun“ from Tottenham. Customers will have a choice of small plates featuring the likes of homemade chorizo croquettes or Parmesan biscuits and selected meats and cheeses from Sicillian family producers. For bigger appetites there will be an ever changing list of main courses including Robertson’s signature Bavette steak, a roast pollock with cockles and even confit leg of rabbit. Vegan and vegetarian options feature as highlights rather than afterthoughts, and the dessert list tops if off with an irresistible and equally homemade selection of treats.
