A slow and relaxing Yin Yoga class in candlelight that will enter and ground you. During the class, sift sound vibrations from Tibetan singing bowls will guide you in and out of the poses.
Open to all levels so while some experience of yoga is welcome it isn't essential. Modifications and options are offered within each pose so our yin is suitable for all levels of practitioner. If you wish to work on something particular please drop us a message before the class and we can look at incorporating your requests into our sequence.
*The second class each month will be a Yang to Yin class, starting with a few playful Hata asanas ending with a slow Yin practice.
Please arrive 5 minutes before the class start. Latecomers will not be admitted.
